Tim Ondejko is a Licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent in Southwestern Ontario! He specializes in the Industrial, Investment and Agricultural/Horticultural sectors of commercial real estate. With over thirteen years of experience, he has extensive knowledge in all aspects of acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial properties!

Tim possesses a successful and diverse background in start-ups, mature industry management, new market strategies, research & development, and strategic alliances! He is astute in identifying areas of opportunity and threat. He leads with strategic objectives and a bottom line focus to help you make the most educated decisions for your business!

Before beginning his career in real estate, Tim was the owner and CEO of three large greenhouse plants in the Essex County area! With sixteen acres of greenhouse production and twenty-five acres of outdoor bedding plant production, Tim provided exceptional products and customer service to his clients across North America for thirty years! These companies consisted of over two hundred employees and forty tractor trailers, giving them the ability to service all major big box stores!
