While specializing in valuation, Vanessa began her real estate career in 2014 as an appraiser and has completed thousands of residential appraisal reports primarily for various financial institutions and law firms.

 Vanessa completed her Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from University of British Columbia’s Real Estate Division in addition to earning her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management (DU) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (UWindsor).
