The discussion includes: With greater supply and current constraints on demand the Average Annualized Sales Price dropped to $687,063 c/t $698,582 recorded a month earlier. While it’s still a 27.51% gain over last year, one must note the monthly average was $647,331 which may indicate further drops to come. With these strong headwinds and talk of further increases Buyer’s will pause to make decisions on the purchase of homes and this will likely erode earlier price gains from the beginning of the year.
