Taking a look at the Real Estate Market in Windsor Essex, Owner and Broker of Record Frank Binder sits down with our host, Arms Bumanlag to chat about the latest trends and more for March 2022.
Sales dropped for the first time in 2022 although modestly by 5.03% with 698 residential units selling. Sales over/under the $550,000 weighted well in favour of over, with 507 homes over $550,000 and 249 homes under $550,000. Highest price category is the $700,000 to $749,999 category with 81 units followed by the $800,000 - $900,000 category with 77 units. This continues to show unprecedented strength in the upper market. The over $1M category also continued its strong demand with 95 homes sold c/t 65 last month. This is indicative that not only is demand strong, but supply is meeting that demand. We can expect that the upper market will continue to be the focus of the majority of activity over the next few months!
